“For the second year in a row, Impact Kilimanjaro organised a wonderful summit trip. As always, the planning was flawless, information was provided on time, and everything exceeded expectations.”
Something real for your team
Impact Kilimanjaro designs private expeditions for companies that want to give their team something real, a physical and mental challenge that builds trust the way shared adversity always has.
Every climb is planned around your team’s goals, whether that’s rebuilding momentum after a hard year, rewarding top performers, or giving leadership a shared story they’ll carry for the rest of their careers.
Tailored to your goals
Every expedition is planned around what your team is trying to achieve: trust, morale, recognition, all three or something else. You decide.
Mentally & physically tested
A Kilimanjaro summit pushes your team further than any offsite, and that kind of shared challenge strengthens how people work together.
